Barry Woolfson, Esq

My name is Barry Woolfson and I've been practicing law for over 25 years. I am a car enthusiastic and have been nicknamed "The Alchemist" by my business colleagues for my ability to obtain good settlements on challenging cases. I specialize in the areas of premises liability, motor vehicle, small business litigation, and defense of uninsured's on a retainer basis. I pride myself on doing everything I can to help my clients.

I have a well rounded background which enhances the recovery I obtain on my cases. I did insurance defense work for AIG and Cullen & Dykman, Esqs. I did personal injury litigation for Caeser & Napoli, Esqs., Mark Rolnik, Esq., and Hill, Langsam, & Moin, Esqs.

I also worked for a funding company by the name of Law Funder. As I have developed a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the personal injury field, it enhances my ability to affectively work with adversaries and lien holders.

I have had my own practice since 2002 wherein I've handled predominantly personal injury litigation, including: premises liability, car accidents, construction accidents, dog bite cases, along with coverage litigation and defense of uninsured defendant's on a retainer basis.
